Although we do have standard packages for you to select from, you can also manipulate & alter them and customize a package of your own, to ensure that you receive the level of service most appropriate for your function. In addition to this, you also have control over the total cost of the consulting package itself.

Wedding Day Services:

Although you may spend a good deal of time planning and perfecting your wedding, you just never know what may happen on the day itself! Let our consultants provide a security blanket to you by being on-site on the day of your wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly, all your personal wedding items are set up as per your instruction, all floral & décor items are displayed correctly & any unforeseen situations are promptly tended to.

While you are busy enjoying your wedding day we will supervise & direct your vendors to ensure the highest quality of service. Let's Party will cue everyone, make every effort to ensure all vendors arrive on time and do their jobs well, and will pay all vendors at the end of the evening. We’ll do whatever it takes to stop accidents before they happen, and patch up any unexpected situations that may arise! We can assist by setting place cards, adding final touches to décor, cueing all participants of the ceremony, cueing the music for the ceremony, grand entrance, first dance, etc. Leave it to us to cue all your speeches and organize all cues and transitions with the MC and DJ. Enjoy your day, leave the details to us!

You will ALWAYS have two consultants present on your wedding day!!

Our Wedding Day Services Include:

A minimum of 2 consultants on premises to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Consultants available to assist with any unforeseen situations which may arise.
Supervision of vendors hired; consultant acts as liason with vendors hired.
Issuing final payment(s) to vendors at the end of the evening
Consultants available to cue participants of the ceremony
Consultant(s) available to assist in “crowd control” for the guests
Consultant(s) to tend to details of the wedding; setting place cards, bonbonieres, minor décor, etc.

For the ladies: On your wedding day, make sure you transfer your engagement ring to your right hand. Your wedding band will be placed on your left hand during the ceremony and you can switch the engagement ring back to your left hand afterwards. more
