WEDDING DAY SERVICES

Although you may spend a good deal of time planning and perfecting your wedding, you just never know what may happen on the day itself! Let our consultants provide a security blanket to you by being on-site on the day of your wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly, all your personal wedding items are set up as per your instruction, all floral & décor items are displayed correctly & any unforeseen situations are promptly tended to.   We will supervise & assist all suppliers hired for the day & will work to meticulously tend to every detail laid out in your wedding day itinerary.

While you are busy enjoying your wedding day we will supervise & direct your vendors to ensure the highest quality of service. Let's Party will cue everyone, make every effort to ensure all vendors arrive on time and do their jobs well, and will pay all vendors at the end of the evening. We’ll do whatever it takes to stop accidents before they happen, and patch up any unexpected situations that may arise! Leave it to us to cue all your speeches and organize all cues and transitions with the MC and DJ.

To ensure the highest quality of service, it is our standard to provide you with a minimum of  two consultants on-site on your wedding day. As we are all aware, a wedding requires much time and planning. Your wedding day is one of the most memorable days of your life, and likely one of the most stressful as well! We will provide you with an unlimited number of "email support hours". We'll provide you with referrals to reputable vendors, answer all of your wedding and etiquette questions, and provide you with assistance leading up to your big day. We can assist with colour selection, budgeting, setting a theme for your wedding, etc. Simply fill out the On-line Consulting Package Request form and one of our representatives will be sure to get back to you right away!
