Q: I’m getting married out of town/province/country – how can you assist me?

A: Despite the distance we can greatly assist you with your wedding plans! 20% of our client base is made up of out of town/province/country weddings. There are so many factors and unique stresses that are involved in planning a wedding from a distance. Our consultants can assist by negotiating pricing, arranging flight details and coordinates, screening vendors, reviewing contracts, and working within various language barriers and time zone constraints. Leave it to us to iron out the many wrinkles that you may incur when planning such a unique wedding!

Q: I want to hire a consultant but still want to retain control of my wedding plans. How is this possible?

A: As consultants, we will be as involved or uninvolved as you want us to be! We can be part of every detail and aspect that goes into planning your wedding, or we can compliment your ideas by offering suggestions and industry experience. We can also be hired strictly to provide on-site service on the day of your wedding. This is YOUR day and you remain in full control of all decisions made.

Q: I’m interested in hiring a consultant, but my family doesn’t feel it’s necessary. How do I make this decision?

A: Many families do not initially embrace the idea of having a wedding consultant assist in the plans. It is not uncommon for us to meet the entire family to ensure that everyone is involved and comfortable with the experience. Your family should not have to worry about a thing on your wedding day. Let us simplify their lives by taking care of the last minute details, the set up of your guest book, place cards, bonbonieres, etc. They should not have to worry about set up, timing, cues, etc. Let us work with your family to make their day easier, and less stressful.

Also, many vendors view engaged couples as being one-time customers. The chances that you'll ever re-hire a videographer, for example, are slim-to-none. Due to this fact, you'll notice the customer service of many vendors tends to decline after you've left the initial deposit. However, when approached by a consultant, many vendors recognize the possibility of future repeat business and are more apt to provide a higher quality of service.

Q: Aren't your wedding consultants very expensive?

A: Absolutely not! The consultants at Let's Party can custom-design a package to suit your needs as well as your budget. Unlike other consultants, we do not charge by the hour, nor do we take a percentage of the total amount you spend on your wedding. All of our standard packages, as well as our customized packages are based on a flat-rate. Rates are pre-determined and pre-approved by the client! In many cases, the consultant can connect you with vendors offering such a large discount that it balances the cost of the consulting package!
