Your wedding journey is completely customized to reflect your needs, style, and personality, every step of the way.
How we do it:
We use our industry experience & strategic approach to wedding planning to save you time, money, and to reduce stress. We leverage our network and extensive experience to connect you with suppliers that are best suited for your specific needs. We can handle the research, legwork, and negotiations and implement a simple planning strategy , to ensure your day is flawlessly designed & executed.
Our Fee Structure:
We are thrilled to present our services to you as a list of A-la-carte offerings, enabling you to select the level of assistance you require. Each planning package is completely custom-tailored. Once you select the features you require from our A-La-Carte listing, your custom quote is designed, and submitted as a flat – rate fee. Unlike other consultants, Let’s Party does not charge by the hour, or by percentage of the total cost of your wedding.

Our day-of packages are far more comprehensive than just the day itself. We begin months in advance to prepare and use our foresight to pre-establish areas that may require special attention, or extra detail. Although you spend a good deal of time planning and perfecting your wedding plans, you just never know what may happen on the day itself! Our consultants provide on-site services on the day of your wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and that any unforeseen situations are promptly & seamlessly managed. Our consultants are able to guide the vendors hired to ensure that all services are executed effectively and according to schedule. Our stress-free approach allows you to be a guest at your own wedding & enjoy your special day.

On your wedding day
- Two consultants will be present on your wedding day
- Vendor cueing, assistance with logistics, supervision of all set up & all vendors hired
- Creation of an agenda
- Assistance with unforeseen situations which may arise
- Assistance in setting place cards, guest book, adding final touches to décor, etc
- Music cues and coordination for all participants of your ceremony, speeches, dances & all transitions
- A wedding kit containing emergency supply items
- Payments and tips issued to suppliers.
- Personal items returned prior to our departure (guest book, cake cutters, etc)
Optional Services
Pricing starts at $1,200 + HST
Prices based on factors including # of guests, date, season, location, complexity of the event, hours required, etc.
