Although we certainly have a list of preferred vendors, you are never obligated to use the vendors that we suggest – we always welcome new relations vendor relationships. We have worked closely with our preferred vendors for several years and as a result we are able to access discounts for our clients that are not available to the general public. In addition to being able to access discounted rates, we are able to access certain “personal touches” from our vendors that enable us to ensure the best service, particular representatives from a company, prompt service, and many “extras” that vary from vendor to vendor. Our vendors understand the level of professionalism that we expect from them, and they respect the organization and scheduling that takes part on our end, to ensure the best overall outcome.
